Boeing was initially formed in Washington by William E. Boeing on 15th of July 1916 as “Pacific Aero Products Co.”, it was re-named in May 1917 to the “Boeing Airplane Company”. Today Boeing is the Worlds largest manufacturer of airliners with only Airbus as significant or major competitor.

The Boeing 737 airliner first flew on the 9th of April 1967 and continued in production for thirteen years with very little change until the introduction of the 300 series aircraft. The Boeing 737-400 series is powered by twin CFM56-3 turbofan engines and is a stretched 737-300 series airliner, the Boeing 737-400 series first entered passenger service during 1988.

CSA Czech Airlines is the national airline of Czechoslovakia, it was founded during October 1923 by the Czechoslovak government as CSA Ceskoslovenské Státní Aerolinie. After the Czechoslovak Federation's break-up  in 1995 the airline was re-named Czech Airlines. Czech Airlines fleet of aircraft consist of Airbus, Boeing and ATR airliners.
